General objective

Promuovere le pari opportunità a scuola, favorendo la partecipazione equa di ragazze e ragazzi ai percorsi educativi e alle discipline STEM, attraverso metodologie laboratoriali, creative e inclusive.

Specific objective

1. Rafforzare le competenze di docenti, studenti e famiglie sui temi delle pari opportunità e degli stereotipi di genere, tramite percorsi di orientamento e metodologie didattiche innovative.

2. Promuovere l’inclusione e la partecipazione attiva attraverso il linguaggio teatrale e l’incontro con testimoni privilegiati, favorendo la consapevolezza nelle scelte scolastiche e professionali future.

Expected results

1. STEM e pari opportunità: miglioramento delle competenze e dell’interesse verso discipline STEM da parte di studentesse e studenti coinvolti.

2. Educazione alla parità: rafforzata la consapevolezza su stereotipi e differenze di genere nelle scelte formative.

3. Comunità educante: rafforzate le alleanze tra scuola, famiglie e territorio nel promuovere un’educazione equa e inclusiva.

4. Espressione artistica: realizzazione di uno spettacolo teatrale finale aperto alla comunità, frutto del percorso educativo e creativo degli studenti.

About the project

ALISEO – Equal Opportunities at School project aims to combat gender-based stereotypes and promote an equitable and inclusive educational approach through guidance and theatre workshops for students in lower secondary schools.

The methodology integrates STEM and artistic activities, supported by role models and key figures, to encourage personal expression and critical reflection on gender roles.

The activities include career guidance workshops, curricular and extracurricular theatre experiences, opportunities to engage with professionals in the field, and a final performance open to the public in which the students will take to the stage to tell the stories of five women who have shaped the history of science.

The project actively involves teachers, families and the wider educational community, fostering the creation of spaces for dialogue and educational partnerships.
