General objective

Help ensure access to basic services for refugees, displaced persons, non-displaced persons and returnees, projecting their safety and dignity.

Specific objective

Ensure fair, protected, inclusive access to safe, high-quality, gender- and conflict-sensitive spaces for learning (online and offline) and socialisation for students, teachers and members of the teaching community in the Odessa, Mykolaiv & Dnipropetrovsk regions.

Expected results

1. Improved access to safe, inclusive, high-quality classroom (offline) education for children and teens affected by the conflict.

2. Improved access to safe, inclusive, high-quality online instruction for students in vulnerable households through use of DLC (downloadable content), distribution of devices and teacher training.

3. Set up three Multiservice Territorial Poles (MTP) offering children and teenagers services for protection, support for growth and opportunities for socialisation among peers, in a protected space.

About the project

EVERYBODY OFF TO SCHOOL takes action in 3 regions in southeastern Ukraine which have suffered particularly hard from the lack, or intermittency, of offline educational services.

The project provides aids for classroom teaching (air raid shelters, school kits and equipment) or online learning (distribution of devices, training).

3 Multiservice Territorial Poles offer opportunities for socialisation and protection for particularly vulnerable children and teens (displaced persons, returnees, non-displaced persons affected by the conflict).

The project can count on the presence of outstanding partners and the proactive collaboration of the Department of Education, the authorities of Oblast and the municipal authorities.
