Professional profile: Country Finance Manager

Department: Finance

Location: Tunis, with possibility of missions to Libya

Duration of contract: 10 months renewable

Salary: Remuneration will be defined coherently with the candidate’s past experience and in line with the parameters of international donors

Starting date: 15 September 2022

Objective: The Finance Manager is responsible for the proper technical performance of all accounting-financial activities and all human resources activities of the mission and its projects. In this context, he/she ensures the correct and effective management of financial and human resources, in accordance with the Organization procedures. In addition, the Finance Manager will ensure that both program and operations staff improve their understanding of different finance mechanisms and build their capacity to adhere to donor regulations related to reporting, invoicing, procurement and compliance. The Finance Manager reports to the Country Representative
